includes all of the benefits of General Admission, plus 40 additional VIP wines, VIP gourmet food pairings, and high-end crystal stemware to take home

The 10th vintage of the Houston Cellar Classic's signature event returns to TTR Uptown Park for a full afternoon of incredible wine, food, music, and more! The entire 9,000 square feet of this premier restaurant will be filled with over 100 wines to taste, while the parking lot and new outdoor patio/garden area wil be filled with the best food that Houston's fabulous restaurants have to offer. Spend the afternoon wandering from table to table tasting delicious wines and gourmet foods - all while listening to fantastic live music from some of Houston's finest musicians. When you find the wines you love, take some home with you! All of the products being tasted are availabe for retail sale at the best possible prices.

Want to be a part of the GRAND Tasting?

Calling all culinary talented!

Currently, we are seeking chefs and restaurants to participate in the HOUSTON CELLAR CLASSIC SIGNATURE GRAND TASTING EXPERIENCE on Saturday, October 5TH, from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. This event will feature a spectacular wine and food tasting with 100 wines from around the world, exceptional food from Houston's finest restaurants, live music and more. The Grand Tasting Experience will occur in and around the newly expanded Tasting Room at Uptown Park. We would be honored for you to participate in this signature event!

This year we have added a CULINARY COMPETITION to the event which will be the FAN FAVORITE selected by the attending guests. Each ticket holder will be given a beaded necklace upon their arrival. Once they have tasted all of the chefs' delicacies, they will drop their necklace in the restaurant's jar of their choice. The Chef with the most necklaces at the end of the event will be the winner and awarded a "Specialty Knife Set" as the grand prize. Remember that along with a creative flavorful gourmet creation, it's the food presentation and your table décor that will help impress the guests.

As a participant in the "Grand Tasting Experience", you will receive:

  • A logo and name listing on the Houston Cellar Classic website, with a link to your website
  • A logo and name listing in TTR's bi-weekly e-newsletters (circulated to 7,000+ people.)
  • A logo and name listing in event collateral (i.e., flyers, postcards, invitations, etc.)
  • A space at the Grand Tasting Experience to set up and showcase your food
  • A 6-foot display table and a "prep" table underneath the tent, chairs, linens, plastic plates and cutlery, sanitation buckets, signage, etc. (Participants will receive a detailed fact sheet regarding the event details.)
  • Two General Admission tickets to the Grand Tasting Experience (a $100 value)
